My professional journey began more than 38 years ago in the manufacturing industry, where I worked across production, quality, operations, technology, and process improvement. Those years provided invaluable experience, but more importantly, they taught me a lesson that has shaped my leadership philosophy ever since.

Throughout my career, I have seen organisations invest heavily in equipment, systems, and technology. While these investments are essential, sustainable success has always depended on the capability, commitment, and leadership of the people behind them.
A well-trained employee prevents problems before they occur. A capable leader inspires confidence and brings teams together. A culture of continuous learning drives innovation, productivity, and long-term business success.
These experiences taught me that developing people is not simply an HR responsibility, it is a strategic business investment.

This belief inspired my transition from manufacturing into training and consultancy, and ultimately led to the establishment of Global Knowledge Hub Plt.
